Privacy policy
This policy explains what Treasure Valley LVP does with the information you send us through this website. It is written to describe our actual practice rather than to cover every hypothetical.
What we collect
The estimate form collects the information you choose to enter: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, city, the service you are interested in, and a description of your project. It also records which page of the site the request came from, so we know what you were reading when you got in touch.
We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or any special category of personal information through this site.
Why we collect it
We use it for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, arrange an on-site measure, and prepare an estimate. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it. We do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of an estimate request.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a hosted database used to run this website, accessible only to us. Email and phone conversations that follow are held in our ordinary business systems. We keep enquiry records for as long as they are useful for servicing the relationship and meeting record-keeping obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may record standard server request logs, which is normal for any website and is not used to build a profile of you.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@contractorinidaho.com or call (208) 891-1890 and we will handle it. If you would rather not submit anything through the form at all, calling us works just as well.
Changes to this policy
If our practice changes, we will update this page. Questions about anything here can go to the same email address above, or through the contact page.
